A downloadable game

(Hold spacebar and release to hop, the longer you hold the further you hop. You jump where you look, you can change direction in air with your mouse movements.)

P to skip level.

S to change sensitivity.

Huge thanks to RogueNoodle for the post processing affect GBCamera that pretty much allows the game to function.

SPOILERS:

I made this game a little harder than I meant to, which is also why it's a little shorter than it's precursor (bonehop), so I'm gonna tell you how to solve each level.

1: turn around

2: umm, just do it, this one's not confusing.

3: the first platform is towards the right side, it's a completely blind jump (on the third level, I know, I'm sorry), then if you get to the left side of that pillar you can barely see the next platform in front of you and to the left, jump to it.

Once again, the next pillar is in front of you and to the left.

Then jump forwards to the next one.

Then jump just right of that pillar.

Then forwards.

Then forwards and left.

Then forwards.

Then full jump to the end.

4: There are four switches you have to stand on in order, the first one is to the right a bit and forwards, the second is to the left and back a bit, the third is in front of the second one a bit, and the fourth is right in front of the door all the way forwards.

5: explaining every jump would take too long so, the second jump to the third is kinda blind, but it's basically just forwards and right a little bit. Then after hitting the switch with the 2 on it, you'll jump to the right, then jump in the opposite direction (sorta blind, but you could see that platform from the last one), then hop up to the obvious next one, and then make a blind full jump to the wall to the left.

(I know those directions are kind of confusing, there's not much to orient yourself so it's kind of hard to explain, but I believe in you)

6: There are 6 columns of 8 rows of pillars. None of the switches are past row 4. The positions are as follows: r1c4. r3c6. r4c1. Of course, r standing for row, and c standing for column.

7: I really suggest you try this level before you read this. Do not read this first. Ok, this level is a troll, you're supposed to think you have to collect switches, but you don't, just hop forwards to the end of the level. And now I'm going to put some filler text at the bottom so that no-one reading the description accidentally reads those last few words. Once again, if you're reading this before trying the level, go try the level, the mechanic is super unique and fun and cool, look around the pillars to find what you're supposed to do.

This game was started with less time in the game jam than bonehop, so it will lack some features, such as saving and loading, intro/outro animations, graphics settings (which didn't really seem to do anything anyways). But I think it's fun, and it's definitely possible, I've had to beat every level quite a few times for testing.

Finally: I am aware that these pumpkins don't have stems, I originally planned on putting a stem but completely forgot. But uh, they're genetically modified pumpkins I guess? that's cannon now, so it wasn't a mistake, it was intentional.
